Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival – forfeit 100% of deposit
  • 8-14 days prior to arrival – forfeit 75% of deposit
  • 15-21 days prior to arrival – forfeit 50% of deposit
  • 22-28 days prior to arrival – forfeit 25% of deposit
  • Should a booking be cancelled from 29 days prior to arrival, an admin fee of 10% of the deposit will be charged

Please Note:

  • Payment of 50% deposit secures all bookings.
  • Single night bookings to be paid in full on confirmation.
  • The terms and conditions of all bookings are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit or credit card details.
